Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!

This recipe is for Gluten Free Banana Bread. It is really yummy and will make your house smell amazing when it's in the oven. When baked, slice the bread and spread with butter and enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee!

A Simple List of Ingredients:

1. Gluten Free Plain Flour

Bismillah, let's bake!

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4.

Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Stir everything well to combine, and set aside.

Add 2 tablespoons orange marmalade.

Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Whisk everything together until combined well.

Crack in 2 eggs.

Add 4 mashed ripe bananas

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring

Add 60ml (1/4 cup) almond milk.

Whisk well.

Add the dry ingredients from earlier.

Stir until combined.
