Fresh Pizza Dough

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!

Fresh homemade pizza dough is a whole world away from the stuff you buy in the shops, and it is way easier than you could ever imagine. A few simple ingredients and an hour resting, and you're on your way. You won't regret it, I promise.

A Simple List of Ingredients:

1. Milk

2. Sugar
3. Yeast
4. Yoghurt
5. Salt
6. Sunflower Oil
7. Plain Flour

Bismillah, let's start!

Place 1 cup of warm milk into a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.

And, 1/2 teaspoon of yeast.

Stir to combine.

Next, stir in 4 tablespoons of yoghurt.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

And, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Finally, add 2 cups of plain flour.

Mix to form a dough. If it's too sticky, add a little more flour.

Place onto a floured surface, and knead until smooth.

Once it's smooth, place into a bowl and cover for 1 hour until it has risen. Make sure it is in a warm place.

Roll and use straight away, or freeze for further use.
